Anatomical flayed figure of running - the marathon runner

An anatomical chart born from an editorial project 4TRAINER

Initially designed to illustrate the book Running Renfo – La préparation physique en course à pied (4TRAINER editions), this anatomical chart highlights the dynamic anatomy of a marathon runner in mid-stride.

Hand-drawn from a photo of Fatou, this illustration is available in two versions:

• White background: the "classic" En Chair et en Os anatomical figure

• Black background: in collaboration with 4TRAINER
